Why flowdays exists
Built for Muslim women who deserve cycle tracking that honours their faith.
Built for Muslim women who deserve cycle tracking that honours their faith.
For too long, Muslim women have had to use period tracking apps that completely ignore the Islamic dimensions of menstruation. Apps that don't understand hayd, nifas, or istihadah (irregular bleeding). Apps that can't tell you whether you can pray, fast, or read Quran today.
We got tired of making do with tools that weren't built for us. So we built flowdays.
flowdays helps Muslim women navigate their cycles with confidence, guided by authentic Islamic scholarship. We want every woman to know where she stands with prayer, fasting, and worship. No guesswork, no anxiety, just clear guidance rooted in the Quran and Sunnah.
This isn't another period tracker. It's a tool that respects your faith, protects your privacy, and helps you worship with confidence.
Every ruling in flowdays is reviewed by an Islamic scholar. The rulings are grounded in traditional scholarship, not opinions or shortcuts, so you get knowledge you can trust.
flowdays follows the Hanafi school. The rulings in the app and the articles in our Learn library are reviewed by Ustad Abas Arshad, our co-founder and an Islamic scholar who studied at Jamia Al-Karam and Al-Azhar University.
Whether you're tracking hayd, monitoring discharge, or understanding irregular bleeding patterns, flowdays gives you the clarity you need to make informed decisions about your worship.
Your cycle data is encrypted on your phone and backed up only to your own account. We never sell it or use it for ads, and your husband sees only what you choose.
flowdays was created by Muslims who understand the unique needs of our community. We're not a faceless corporation, we're members of the Ummah building something we wish existed when it was needed most.
Every feature we build, every decision we make, is guided by one question: does this serve Muslim women and honour their relationship with Allah?
This is our contribution to the Ummah. We pray that flowdays makes your worship easier, your heart lighter, and your connection to Allah stronger.
Free to download on iPhone and Android, with a free week to try everything.
