By accessing or using flowdays ("the App", "the Service"), operated by 7 Steps Group ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
These Terms apply to all users, including those who purchase lifetime access during our early access period.
flowdays is a menstrual cycle tracking application that provides:
A flowdays account is required to use the App. Your health data is stored in an encrypted database on your device and backed up privately to your account in Google Firebase (Firestore) so you can restore it on another device. See our Privacy Policy for full details of how your data is stored and protected.
You must be at least 13 years old to use flowdays. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian before using the Service.
To use flowdays, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:
Flowdays Premium is available on a subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings, or — for subscriptions purchased on flowdays.co — via the subscription management link in your purchase receipt email.
iOS: Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Prices are shown in your local currency as set by the App Store.
Android: Subscriptions are purchased through the Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your Google account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel your subscription in the Google Play Store under Subscriptions. Prices are shown in your local currency as set by Google Play.
Web: Subscriptions may also be purchased directly on flowdays.co. Web purchases are processed securely by our payment partners RevenueCat and Stripe; flowdays is the seller of record for web purchases. Payment is charged to your chosen payment method at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of your free trial if one is offered. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel a web subscription at any time via the subscription management link in your purchase receipt email, or by contacting us at hello@flowdays.co. Prices for web purchases are shown in GBP or USD as displayed at checkout.
Deleting the app or your flowdays account does not cancel your subscription. To stop future charges you must cancel through your Apple App Store or Google Play account — or, for web purchases, via the manage link in your receipt email — before the next renewal date.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App. You do not acquire any ownership rights to the App.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may update the App from time to time. Lifetime access includes all future updates at no additional cost.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
